1. 20% Discount is only valid on booked work through our website. To receive discount customers must either contact us through the websites contact form or quote the website name when calling or emailing Rook Roofing Ltd.

2a. Emergency Repair Service 24/7 – £120.00 + VAT flat call out fee is payable for any attended property unless there is no repair or we are unable to make safe the property.

2b. “Make Safe” – Make safe means just that. Rook Roofing Ltd will try and make the property safe until which time we can return to fully repair the damage.

2c. The call out charge is a minimum of £120 + VAT. This applies to all attended properties within Hertfordshire. Rook Roofing Ltd reserves the right to charge extra for emergency repairs outside of this area. Customers must ask what the fee will be if they live outside of Hertfordshire.

2d. The call out fee includes Rook Roofing Ltd attending the customers property, help, advice and repair/make safe work.

2e. Any additional work that needs to be done will be quoted by Rook Roofing Ltd at the time of the visit, customers are under no obligation to use the services of Rook Roofing Ltd.
